Of course everyone at the club is working together that's what team work is all about.
The manager is in charge of the team though he will receive advice and may even act on a good suggestion, that's what the jobs about, it's called management.

The club is a political entity dolph.
Go away, deal with it and come back with a sensible counter to my position.

Agreed. Still believe he doesn't give a shit anymore and someone else is in charge though.
The difference in the way we play when we go for it without his favourite lone striker formation and when we play Cole and Downing wide as he'd like has been documented since WHL last season.

Poor squad? It was one of the strongest, we drew too many games which saw us lose top spot. Not getting us up would have been criminal

Trivial maybe but I thought we had one of the best squads in The Championship that season and promotion was the minimum we should have expected. Granted, it's a difficult league to get out of though.

I put it to you that no-one can be that one dimensional, and good signings and luck in the form of Nolan getting injured has opened up the possibility of another style of play. I guess the acid test will be when Nolan is fully fit again. If he walks into that side there'll be outrage.

I'd put it too you he is a one-trick pony and that is why he is no longer really in charge Gavros.

BFS did a sterling job in achieving promotion with a poor squad.
He's had two seasons of much the same squad with the addition of a permanently crocked star forward. In retrospect he's one well with what he's had but uts unsurprising that the fans have got bored of watching the style of play.
Thankfully the owners have realised that too and dug deep to bring in quality and quantity. Were a totally different prospect to the past few seasons and BFS has the opportunity to prove he's not a one trick pony.

`Playing "The West Ham way" we would have doubtless folded & probably lost 4-2 or something
Under BFS at least we have a team that knows how to dig in & defend when needed & can also play some brilliant attacking football`

Dicksie, who cares what stature we may have over little northern cunt clubs the point is they could have been the majority of our fixtures for a good few years if there hadn't been the plugging of gaping gaps in our squad bigger than the ones at the new stadium.

We'll never fall below Hull City TIGERS in stature even if we played in League One and they were in the fucking Premiership...
You can say the same for all the other poxy northern cunt clubs as well...

No Dicksie i think we really were a shit squad once the rats had jumped ship on our last relegation. At that point for those few months in the summer we could have quite easily stooped below the Hull City's in stature, but it didn't happen and the chosen manager to get us out of possible oblivion was the Fat bloke. Short memories and nothing but progress from him since even if it's been shit to watch in the main, but we've had a very transitional era spent mostly in the top league.
Caffeine Cunt you post like a certain grass cunt on holiday.
